Temenos translates as a piece of land marked off from common uses and dedicated to a god. It is intended to be a sanctuary, which once completed, it will be the permanent residence of two creative professionals.
The forest home is on one hand a celebration of the grandness of nature, while on the other a search for the quietness of introversion.
The stone walled courtyard creates this introvert retreat, whereas a light timber clad pavilion, cantilevered over a rock outcrop, enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys
