The construction of the Clubhouse in the Mumbai suburb of Santa Cruz is in its finishing stages. The civil work has been completed and currently the stone work is going on.

The finishes of the interiors will comprise of a combination of polished cement rendering for the structure, beige limestone for the walls, grey limestone for the floors and polished black slate for the swimming pool.
